Click on this link to the Transport for London website to get up-to-date travel information for your journey to Camberwell. We have included some information to help you below.
As the nearest stations are still a bus ride away, here is a list of buses going to Camberwell Green from numerous locations:
I come to Elephant & Castle on the Bakerloo Line from NW London. Outside the station turn right. From Bus Stop 'C' almost all the buses go to Camberwell Green. The bus goes south down Walworth Road and then into Camberwell Road. Get off at the stop just past New Church Road or Bowyer Place. There are pathways through the flats on your left, past a children's sports and play area, coming out onto Lomond Grove. Turn right and the Salvation Army Hall is on the left.
If you get off the bus at Camberwell Green itself, walk across the Green and up the road named Camberwell Green. Turn right into D'Eynsford Road, left into Kympton Road, left into Elmington Road and right into Lomond Grove. It will take about 5-10 minutes.
If you travel to Camberwell by car we are pleased to say that the Salvation Army Hall has a car park at the back of the hall. The entrance to the car park is just to the left of the front entrance in Lomond Grove. You may also park in surrounding streets.
